Sailcloth Tanker

I'm always impressed with Relwen's jackets - not just the quality of construction and the attention to detail, but the inclusion of the small additional details that I would never have thought of before actually seeing and appreciating them in person. This jacket certainly continues that trend. For me the fit is perfect. If you're familiar with Relwen's fit its definitely in line w their standard trimmer fitting coats. Trim, but not restrictive if you've got bigger shoulders, which is is a tight line to walk.

I was looking for a lightweight jacket to wear usually with jeans, just enough to add a bit of warmth and to cut the wind a bit, not something insulated or to be a primary coat when its colder. This material and weight is just right when you're thinking 'hmm should I put on a coat before I run out the door?'.

One final note w a pro/con - the start of the zipper is located maybe 4 inches up from the bottom of the jacket. This makes sense given the trim cut, as it could restrict movement if it went all the way down. However, it does make it a bit trickier to get started until you get used to it.
