Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST are processed the next business day.
  • Expedited orders receive priority handling and are processed as quickly as possible.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or days we are closed will be processed on the next operational business day.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer two shipping options, calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight:

Standard Shipping (UPS or USPS)

  • Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after processing
  • Free shipping on orders $100+

Expedited Shipping (Carrier varies)

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after processing

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • International shipping rates and handling fees vary by destination.
  • Delivery timelines depend on the destination country and its customs processing times.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking information.
Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently have no shipping restrictions.
All items in our catalog can be shipped domestically and internationally.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Reliance Clothing is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is marked delivered but you do not have it, we cannot replace or refund the order.
  • You must file a claim directly with the carrier (UPS or USPS).
  • If you need help understanding your tracking information, you may email us at customercare@relianceclothing.com.

This policy is firm to ensure fairness to all customers.


Delays Outside Our Control

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier issues
  • Customs processing
  • Peak holiday seasons

These delays are outside our control, but we will do our best to assist if you need support.


Returns & Return Shipping

If you need to start a return, email us at customercare@relianceclothing.com to request a return label.

  • Customers receive a return label via email.
  • Once the item is received and approved according to our Return Policy, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Items that do not meet return criteria will not be refunded.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We cannot cancel or modify orders once they have entered the processing or shipping stage.
If you need assistance, contact us immediately—we can only make changes if the order has not yet been fulfilled.
