How much does the Style Club cost?
There's no membership fee. You only pay for what you keep. Try-on at home includes a $20 styling fee that's credited toward any purchase. In-store styling is always free.
Do I have to commit to a subscription?
No commitment required. Request a styling whenever you want, there's no minimum frequency.
What if I don't like any of the items?
No problem. Return everything within 7 days and you'll only be charged the styling fee for at-home shipments. In-store stylings have no fee.
Can I switch between at home and in-store styling?
Yes, mix and match however you like. Members often do in-store when they're local and at home when it's more convenient. Your style profile works for both.
Who picks my outfits?
Our Reliance team members personally review your profile and hand-select each piece. They know our inventory and our local community, so your picks are thoughtful, not generic.
When do I get charged?
For at-home styling, you're charged the $20 styling fee when your box ships. You're then charged for items you keep after your 7-day try-on window. In-store, you only pay at checkout for what you decide to buy.
How do returns and exchanges work?
Keep your items for up to 7 days to try them. Return what doesn't work by dropping it at our store or using the prepaid shipping label included in your box. Exchanges can be handled in-store or online.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, simply change your frequency preference for styling. Your style profile stays saved if you want to come back later.
