Embroidery FAQs
How are icons placed?
One icon will be centered on the pouch. If you select two or three icons, they will be arranged left to right in the positions selected.
Can I add text and icons together?
Yes. Icons will appear above the text, and text will be centered below the selected icons.
Can I change the icon colors?
Online icon colors are embroidered as previewed. Custom icon color changes are available in-store only.
Can you embroider my pet?
Pet embroidery is currently available in-store or by email only. For pet embroidery or anything outside the online options, contact customercare@relianceclothing.com or call 650-315-2026.
Are more icons available?
This page shows a curated selection of online embroidery icons. Additional icons, including animals and seasonal designs, may be available in-store.
Will the preview match exactly?
The preview is an approximation. Final embroidery scale and placement may vary slightly based on the pouch color, selected design, thread color, and embroidery setup.
Are personalized items returnable?
Personalized items are final sale.
